“ My cousin recommended this place since this is their go-to Mexican spot in South Salinas. I was a bit worried since the reviews weren't super great and I know Salinas probably has high standards for Mexican food knowing the demographic. We ordered a take out order and I picked it up for them. The girl who helped me was nice. It was ready when I got there so it was a quick pick up. She also offered salsa in which I asked for both. They were all good, and definitely loved the spicier red one. My wet Al pastor burrito was honestly pretty filling and delicious! I was surprised! My partner liked his torta however, because it was a to-go order, it was a bit soggy after being inside the take out containers. I'd order from here again after my experience. ”
“ This is an awesome restaraunt I stopped by on my way back from SoCal. The place is super clean and the food is really authentic. The waiters are really nice and the menu has a lot of options. I ordered a burrito and it super good and loaded with cream chicken and guac. The quality of the food was amazing and the portion sizes were super big. Overall, I loved this place through and through, and can't think of a single thing I would change. I definitely would recommend! ”
“ I wandered in while charging my car, and I'm so glad I did! The service was friendly, efficient and helpful. Very reasonably priced, I had three fish tacos- the choice was grilled or fried and I got grilled, which was cooked perfectly with spices. The tortillas were warm and soft and there were plenty of fresh veggie toppings, lime and salsa. The presentation was pleasing as they were propped up on taco holders. I will certainly return to this spot! ”

“ My husband and my favorite place to eat. His last night alive he picked up our dinner from there. It was delicious as alway! That night our rental house burned down killing him. It was awful. Tonight will be my first time eating there since Feb 11 2021. I can't wait ”
“ The garlic shrimp was incredible. The garlic mixture they used to coat the shrimp, was delicious. I scooped some of the garlic on the fries & it was the bomb! The rice was dry and the lettuce was smothered in the garlic, which I was ok with bc that garlic mix was fire! If you can order this meal with just the garlic shrimp & fries on the side, I'd give it 4 stars. My sister got the à la carte, beef flautas, & a Michelada, she was pretty satisfied. we gave it a 4 bc the customer service was dry, not very welcoming. This place has potential and had we been given more attentive customer service this would have been 5. ”
